Get the right angle, from the right people.
We often get asked the story behind the name: 35 Degrees South. The geographical location of Albany is approximately 35° South, 118° East, hence the title of the business. Outside of Albany, we provide quality surveying services in the South Coastal, Great Southern and South Western regions of Western Australia.
35 Degrees South commenced business in February 2000 to meet the needs of landowners, developers, builders, contractors, local and state government, for cost-effective and timely surveying services. Twenty years later, 35 Degrees South has established itself as an industry leader with a focus on high-quality and reliable surveying services.
Family owned and operated, leading Surveyor Mark Anderson has been licensed for 35 years and is also a qualified Hydrographic Surveyor. Mark and partner Pauline both have Remote Pilot Licences and CASA (ReOC) Certified. We also employ an engineering surveyor, two technical survey assistants and a part-time draftsman.
